Question 1: Is a deposit required?
Answer 1: Yes, a non-refundable & non-transferable deposit along with a signed contract are both required to place an order for a Specialty Cake or Other Items.
Question 2: How much notice is required?
Answer 2: 72 hour notice is required for Cheesecakes and a 3 week notice is required for Specialty Cakes and Other Items.
Question 3: Can items be shipped?
Answer 3: Yes, items can be shipped but some items such as Cheesecakes require Next Day Air shipping. At this time, Specialty Cakes cannot be shipped.
Question 4: Do you offer delivery?
Answer 4: Yes, for Specialty Cakes only. In Chattanooga, delivery starts at $25.00 and outside of Chattanooga, delivery starts at $30.00 plus $0.30 per mile.
All other services: You can contact Quickiez Delivery Service at (423) 505-9059 to schedule delivery, please allow a 30-45 minute window. Delivery is $6.00 within the Chattanooga city limits which is paid directly to the delivery service. Website is www.quickiezdeliveries.com
Question 5: Is there a minimum amount I need to order?
Answer 5: Yes, but only on some items, please see below:
1 dozen of cupcakes
1 dozen of cake pops
Question 6: Do I need to inform of allergies?
Answer 6: YES, you must inform us of any Food Allergies when placing orders.
Allergens: Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.
Question 7: Do you offer refunds?
Answer 7: All Sales Are Final!
- When Cake Mommy delivers and the customer is late to the location, any melting of the icing and damages caused by the melting is not refundable.
- Once the ordered item leaves Cake Mommy's possession, whether its pick-up or delivery, any damages received will not be refunded.
Question 8: What form of payment is accepted?
Answer 8: Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Cash App, Credit / Debit, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Checks and favors are not accepted!
