Helpful Tips

  • Buttercream will melt, please do not leave in direct sunlight or in a hot room.

  • Do not leave the cake in a hot car as it will melt and cause the cake to slide

  • Left over cake can be frozen by first wrapping the cake in parchment paper and then tightly wrapping the cake in clear plastic wrap.

  • If your order has Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC), please let the icing come to room temperature before eating.  When icing is at room temperature it is rich and velvety. 

  • Shipped cheesecakes: If cheesecake is still frozen, please allow the cheesecake to come to room temperature prior to serving.  You can do this by placing the container in the refrigerator for 6 hours or by placing on the counter for 3 hours.
